HOW THIS E-BOOK WORKS For your convenience, I have designed this E-Book to be as simple as possible. Below are the key notes of how this E-Book works. Fonts: If you plan on reading this E-Book on your computer, it may help to know that on the "tool bar" at the top of the E-Book there is a large letter "A/A" which, if clicked on, will present you with the option of selecting the "font (or text) size". This is mentioned to help you save on eye strain. Printing: To print a page from this E-Book just click on the print icon at the top of the page. Or you can left-click on you mouse at the top of what you want to copy and drag the mouse down to the bottom of where you want to stop. Then go to the top of the page to COPY click on it. You can then paste this in your word processing program such as Microsoft Word, or word-pad after you are on a blank page by right-clicking and when the menu comes just left-click on paste. Navigating: Navigating this E-Book is easy. Just go to the Table of Contents and navigate the book from there. At the bottom of each page is a link back to the Table of Contents, to see a new section just click on it. There is a scroll at the right of this screen, with a up arrow at the top and a down arrow at the bottom of the screen, Just place the mouse cursor on either of the arrows and click this will move the screen up or down, depending on which arrow you are on. If you place the mouse cursor on the the long rectangular box and left-click and drag the box up or down you can also move the screen at a much faster rate. There are back and next buttons on the bottom of the pages, you can click on them and the back button takes you the previous page, the next button takes you to the next page as in a regular book
